The free download provides a good structure to aide in kicking the habit. It's been useful praising early achievements and encouraging continuation to stay quit. I'm sure the Pro version is even better, but as someone genuinely committed to stop smoking, I don't think I'll pesonally need the upgrade. This one is fine. Hope everyone finds the success they need to quit either here or elsewhere. Stay strong.

The first 2 weeks were really hard. I quit cold turkey without the patch or outside aids except for this app. When the cravings were bad, repeating the "not another puff" mantra and reading some of the copy was actually really helpful! It's been 3 months for me, when I'm tempted I can still come back and look at this to see ny progress and it keeps me going. I think I'll buy myself a present with all the money I've saved.

This app was a HUGE help when I quit. I'm a competitive person who likes data, so having regular goals and achievement GIFs plus the diary entries and health trackers were awesome! The app also convinced me to finally give Reddit a try. All around, great app.... BUT the last update killed the widget. I loved watching the time tick by on my phone screen, and now that I'm a month from 3yrs, the widget crashes, shows a black box for a bit, then tells me I'm only 1.82 months clean??

Sorry about the problems with the widget. I think we've fixed them (it's always hard to tell if the fix is going to work on every Android device) and we'll start rolling this out on Friday. Sorry for messing up your home screen in the meanwhile!
